The PULS Battery Module Extension Series allows existing PULS DC-UPS battery installations to be expanded in capacity without replacing the core battery module. By adding an E1 extension to a UZK24.262 or UZO24.262 battery module, the total battery capacity is increased, directly extending the buffer time available to critical 24V loads during a power outage.

This modular extension approach is ideal for applications where buffer time requirements evolve after initial installation — such as when additional critical loads are added to a system — providing a cost-effective upgrade path without the need to replace existing equipment.
